During a Listening Hour, 5-7 people meet on Zoom to share personal stories and to listen to others’. A Guide, Joyce Lu, facilitates and provides a wrap-up that identifies significant connections between the stories.
A Listening Hour may:
-Reduce feelings of isolation and stress or tension
-Open new windows of understanding
-Build new resilience and strength to face the uncertainties of the future.
No preparation needed! We just ask that you tell your truth in the moment and be willing to listen to others and maintain confidentiality (don’t share other peoples’ information / stories outside of the session please!).
